Collection: CULT CINEMA

This series began with a single photograph my husband snapped down the street from the iconic Nuart Theater in West L.A., capturing the vibrant glow of the marquee under the night sky during a screening of Paris Is Burning. Inspired by that electric, nostalgic energy, I picked up a paintbrush to bring the scene to life on canvas. What started as one passion project quickly grew when a friend commissioned a painting of Quentin Tarantino's legendary New Beverly Cinema—featuring a double marquee of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and The Sound of Music. Celebrating historic movie houses, 35mm culture, and the magic of late-night cinema, this collection pays tribute to the legendary theaters that keep film culture alive.
